Rincon Business Consultants will base its commission refund on the type or amount of service you require from us. You can request full service where we will search for homes on your behalf, and send you updated lists for you to view, but this will result in a lower rebate amount; or you can do your own home search, using our advanced MLS search engine. What do you need to do?

If you are interested in buying a Resale Home:

1. Start your free MLS home search.

2. When you find something you like and before you look at any homes, contact Rincon Business Consultants and set us up as you’re buying broker.  

3. Take note of the MLS number and property address of the property that you want to view. We will then make an appointment with the homeowner to tour the home as soon as possible. If you need any assistance with the MLS search, please contact us.

If you would like to make an offer on any home, we will provide all typical real estate services that include writing up the contract offer, coordinate inspections, walk-thru, and attend settlement with you.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

Rincon Business Consultants will need to show you the property and present all contracts on your behalf if you want to take advantage of our cash rebate offer! If the selling / listing agent or an agent from another brokerage company shows you the property first then we may not be able to offer you a rebate for that particular property so please call us FIRST before you look at any homes. If you visit an open house or listing without one of our agents, it is important that you inform them that you are working with us and give them one of our business cards.

Buying a New Home from a Tucson area New Home builder!

AGAIN VERY IMPORTANT

When you locate a builder or community that you are interested in, please contact Rincon Business Consultants FIRST prior to visiting the builder's sales office. Many builders require that the sales agent register with their buyers on the FIRST VISIT to the builder's sales office so it is very important that you contact us prior to visiting the builder's sales office. If you visit a new home community without us, you will need to identify Rincon Business Consultants as your buyer agent. If the on-site salesperson gives you any difficulty, please do not fill out the registration card and contact us immediately at 1-520-730-6016 or 1-520-991-9319. We will make arrangements to have Rincon Business Consultants registered as your buyer agent. To qualify for our rebate, it is very important that you contact us PRIOR to visiting the builder's sales office. So please call us so we can send you our buyer rebate agreement and business cards. Selling your home!
Obtaining a rebate for selling your home is a little easier. Once you decide to sell your existing home, contact Rincon Business Consultants. As part of our service, we will be happy to provide you with a 'Comparative Market Analysis,' known as a CMA. The process of a CMA will compare your home or property to others that are on the market and to similar ones that have recently sold. After we have done the comparison, we can give you an estimate of what your home is really worth in today's market. We may also advise you on simple improvements and how to present your home to maximize its selling price. Curb appeal is very important in real estate, especially the interior. Sometimes it’s the simple things that can make or break a sale.

Once we determine a market price we will settle on a contract selling price and commission rate. The amount of rebate you receive will be based on the contract commission rate. The other main factor that affects the amount of commission rebate is time involved to sell the property. In other words location may be a factor. If we need to travel long distances for an open house or showing, this would become part of the computation. We are generally speaking of a 30% rebate.
